Black Panther: Wakanda Forever was a marvelous sequel to the monumental franchise and an endearing tribute to the legacy of the late Chadwick Boseman. The film follows the established characters mourning the loss of their king as they continue on in their own lives dealing with their own struggles.

It handles Boseman’s passing tastefully and does not overindulge in any way nor does it try to sweep anything under the rug. The film’s antagonist Namor, played by Tenoch Huerta, is a much-welcomed addition to the cast. His character had a fierce, commanding presence without being villainous.

Returning characters such as Ramonda, Shuri, and Okoye, to name a few, shine in this film and continue to be portrayed strongly by Angela Bassett, Letitia Wright, and Danai Gurira respectively. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever was truly an amazing, heartfelt, and powerful film that simply must be watched.
